Tax Policy
New Jersey state residents are subject to sales tax.

In order to provide shipping at a discounted rate, products with large, bulky packaging will be sent minus the extra packaging. Please let us know if you prefer to have your order handled differently. U.S. Orders: We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use to ship your order will depend on the weight, location, and shipping address of the order. We use USPS and UPS for most of our shipments. International Orders: Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is usually 20 business days from the day we ship your order provided no problems occur with your local customs office. You are responsible for checking the import policies and prohibited items list for the country we are to ship to. Exquisite Buys will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. Shipping fees are not refundable for orders that are shipped; even if they are returned to Exquisite Buys. We will refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee for returned products once they are received at our warehouse and only if returned in re-sellable condition. We do not ship any products with cold packs. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Exquisite Buys will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that are levied from your local customs office. Exquisite Buys will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax, the shipping company will return the shipment to Exquisite Buys.

If a product is damaged during shipping or if we make an error fulfilling the order, we will replace it at our cost. We reserve the right to issue a refund if the product desired is no longer available.

Some types of products are not eligible for return including Grocery items, Adult Novelties, and opened Health and Personal Care items. Those items are not returnable as they could pose a health risk. For other situations where a customer would like to make a return, we accept unopened products within 45 days of shipment. Opened products are NOT eligible for return or refund. Our customer care department will issue an RMA to ensure your return is credited to your account. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the product minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 50% of the order total may be applied to items received in a condition other than how they were sent. If a product is sent back without prior approval, it will be discarded unless the customer requests its return and pays for the shipping within 3 business days of the day it was delivered to our warehouse.

If delivery is refused or if the address is determined to be undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Non-returnable items will be discarded unless the customer requests its return and pays for the shipping within 3 business days of its return.

Please be advised that warranty issues should be directed towards the manufacturer of an item. All warranty information is printed on the product packaging or as a pamphlet inside the packaging. Once a product is opened any defects are considered warranty issues.

For every product that claims certain results, there are the inevitable few who do not experience the results they expected. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for used products that a customer feels "did not work". Please be diligent in researching a product to see if it is right for you.

Seasonal and Holiday items cannot be returned or refunded.


If an item is received and the customer decides they want to exchange it for another item, they will be responsible to contact us to make arrangements. The customer will be required to ship the item back. The amount paid will be applied toward the replacement. Customer will be responsible to pay for reshipping the replacement, plus a $5 processing fee, as well as any difference in price where the replacement has a higher price than the original item received.


Expiration dates are guaranteed through the time frame or amount offered in the listing, unless otherwise noted in the title, description, or condition of the product.

For example, a 180 tablet multivitamin with a recommended dosage of 1 daily tablet will be guaranteed well past 6 months. If you order 4, we cannot guarantee it will expire past the 2 years necessary to consume it.

If we are discounting an item to sell before a short expiration date, we will note this in the title of the listing or on the condition of the item.
